We feel very lucky to work with such a wonderful, loyal and caring team - most of whom have been with us for numerous years. It takes a certain kind of person to work in our industry, it is not for everyone – we are dealing with people at one of the most vulnerable and distressing times of their life. We are very close to our team, they not only give us amazing support, but often go way beyond what is asked of them – not only for us but also for our families, who show their appreciation through the superb feedback we receive. We couldn’t do it without them!!!

 

As you can imagine, unless we were robots - this is a very emotional and often extremely hard role to carry out for all of us.   Sometimes people say to us, that because we deal with death all the time, it must be easier when we lose someone close - the answer is a definite no!  It is actually much harder.  We care for your loved ones as if they were our own and we try and look after the lovely families we deal with, with everything we have got - there is nothing we can really say to 'make you feel better' - what could there be, it's a totally horrendous time, but we can do everything in our power to look after you and help as much as we possibly can.

 

We are a very approachable, friendly team - through experience we know that people want kindness, empathy, understanding, and support during these challenging times - not someone too serious and aloof as can often be the perception of people who have never dealt with a family funeral business!
